The story
No team, no VC, no roadmap deck. Just a long-running workshop where things get made one after another — an audio plugin, a real-estate tool, a print-on-demand pipeline, an agent platform — plus the records, the photographs, and the ideas that never made it out.
The tooling is heavily AI, and that's the least interesting thing about it — a means, not the subject. I don't wait for permission; I wire the proxy, fix the pipeline, ship the feature. Mostly it's evenings, and a lot of things that didn't work first.
The bet is simple: anyone can be good at one thing. Taste that holds across a codebase, a chart, a drum machine and a photograph is the part that doesn't copy. This site is the record. If you like what's here, the next one will be along shortly.
